That's a very old version, it would be       wise to upgrade to NS 7.2, which is still old but nearly as old.              The Netscape.com web interface has undergone a complete facelift. The       "beta" you are seeing is the My.Netscape.com beta. Its the site that's       a beta test, not the browser.              And it is a beta, there are definite glitches. One of which is that the       site does not always recognize the cookie it sets, so some people are       asled to log in every time they access the site. NS 7 will remember       your username/password, so logging in is not that difficult. Or you       could just use a different start page, you are not required to use       My.Netscape.com              Without specific sites to test, I cannot be 100% sure, but its pretty       likely that you are suffering from a but in Adobe Flash Player 9.0, r28,       which caused many Netscape products to crash. Adobe has released verion       9.0, r45, that has fixed this problem. Updating your flash player to       the most current version should resolve your problem.              Lee              --       Leonidas Jones-Netscape Champion              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
