   Is there a reason you are using software that is several years out of date?   
      
   Netscape 7.1 was replaced by 7.2 several years ago (August 2004 in fact)   
   Netscape 7.2 is no longer being updated   
      
      
   You can continue with the 'suite' (all in one) program   
   its call SeaMonkey   
      
   Or you can go with Firefox and Thunderbird
