   NS 4.7X is a real antique and has becoe very unreliable. Uninstall all   
   of the 4.7X version on your computer. Upgrade (free) to 7.2 and the   
   "trouble" sites will usually time out after say, 30 seconds.   
   However, be aware that there ARE a few nuisance sites set up by   
   malicious types just for the purpose of doing the connect loop thing,   
   which is JUST to annoy users.
