   Sorry for the confusing terminology.  I spent too many years with dial up   
   modems.   
   What I meant was that with the cable connection, there is no response from the   
   web   
   site.  What actually hangs up is my computer.  I can only go to task manager   
   and   
   kill the Netscape program.  Sometimes, I can't even do that.  Unfortunately, I   
   have   
   not kept a log of errant web sites.  I will do so in the future and report on   
   those when   
   I have accumulated a few.
