Reinstall. But, removing the program directory       isn't going to solve anything. The problem is within your       profile. Its that which is causing the problem. So, I would       suggest creating a new Test profile and test it out. But,       unfortuantely, I know nothing about Macs and I can't tell       you how to do that. I think you can click on Tools, Switch       Profile, and that /might/ bring up the profile manager.        From there you can create a test profile. Otherwise, you       can look around here:       http://ilias.ca/archive/netscape/profilefaq/ and it might       tell you something.
