If you want to remove all info about Netscape, then close
the program, remove it, then also rename the profile
directory. Reinstall. But, removing the program directory
isn't going to solve anything. The problem is within your
profile. Its that which is causing the problem. So, I would
suggest creating a new Test profile and test it out. But,
unfortuantely, I know nothing about Macs and I can't tell
you how to do that. I think you can click on Tools, Switch
Profile, and that /might/ bring up the profile manager.
From there you can create a test profile. Otherwise, you
   can look around here:
   http://ilias.ca/archive/netscape/profilefaq/ and it might
tell you something. But most of his stuff is for windows.
