   Hmmmmmmm... that sounds like scroll mouse behavior.   
      
   Have you checked the Edit Menu under Preferences yet ?   
      
   Maybe in the Advanced area under Keyboard Navigation   
   or maybe even under scroll mouse.   
      
   Reply back if that doesn't work or lead to something.
