   no, its not a licensing issue!  Again, it all depends on how   
   your programs are configured.  Playing audio or video on   
   those sites have nothing to do with Netscape, but the   
   players thenselves.  However, some sites prefer one program   
   over another.   
      
   Again, have you got a specific link(s)?   
      
   Or, are you complaining that things are opening in QT and
