   first, have you got windows to show all files, including the   
   hidden ones?  To learn how to do it, you can read this:

   Next, the procedure is basically the same.  Create the   
   profile first.  Then create all the email accounts and   
   everything first. Close the program, and now, copy the mail   
   files over to the new accounts.  Once that is done, delete   
   all the *.msf files.  Now, copy over the bookmarks   
   [bookmarks.html], and address book files [*.mab].  That   
   should be it.  Now, open Net.  Everything should be there.
