   If anyone who uses Windows wants some help, e-mail me. If I recognize you   
   as an occasional poster to this newsgroup, I'll give you some suggestions,   
   answer whatever questions you have, and do what I can for you.   
      
   I don't know what to do for the person who uses library computers, though.
