   The CBS Evening News with Norah O'Donnell just aired a recent interview with   
   the late Keith--mere months before his demise yesterday--and in it, he was WAY   
   thinner and quite facially gaunt, indeed almost unrecognizable.  Stomach   
   cancer will do that you,    
   of course, but he told the CBS correspondent how after all the chemotherapy,   
   etc., he had by then resigned himself to his fate.
