   Right now my landlines are fiber but not VOIP.   
      
   It's my understanding that fiber voice can be really really good   
   but it doesn't have to be and the utilities don't really care   
   if it is.

   Those who want cell towers and WiFi to proliferate everywhere are   
   taking away the freedom to be beyond their reach.
