   A vocal Russian supporter of late Putin challenger Alexei Navalny, it's   
   reported that the prominent photographer Markov died at age 41 "   
   oincidentally" the same day as Navalny expired in an Arctic prison, i.e.,   
   Friday, February 16th.   
      
   Well, coincidences do indeed happen...as does the occasional sad revival of   
   Stalinist best-practice policies.
