   Robert MacNeil,born January 19th 1931,died April 12th 2024.   
   I first heard of it on CBS Radio News,the Wikipedes are sourcing   
   a Washington Post obituary.   
   His half-hour Robert MacNeil Report,designed to probe one news   
   story of the day in detail,evolved into the MacNeil-Lehrer,   
   and later PBS,NewsHour...he stopped anchoring in 1995 but his   
   production company maintained a financial interest until 2014.
