I have now seen a program quoted and some additional photos.
One of the video inserts in the streamed broadcast was of
children singing (at some points forming a little parade on
a rural road and at others standing in a field) "I Am What
I Believe",and this was listed in the program as "President
Nelson's Posterity" so presumably they were all also among
   his 167 great-grandchildren,and the on-site chorus conductor
was also credited in the program,"Emma Webster,great-granddaughter"
(she appeared adult or close to it),so though the 57 grandchildren
appear not to have been represented, both Webster and the speaker
(Ashlyn Owen) represented the great-grandchildren on stage.
