   It's in the news that the (City of) NYPD Chief has stepped   
   down over sexual harassment/abuse claims by an aide who was   
   saying it was a quid pro quo for her lavish overtime (she   
   got ocer $400,000 in pay last year) over which she has been   
   suspended and I believe just resigned as well...she is   
   apparently not his only current/former NYPD victim.   
      
   Taking over from Chief Maddrey,at least for the time being,   
   is Chief of Patrol John Chell,who the corruption-watchdog   
   site 50-a.org lists as having all sorts of violence claims   
   and lawsuit settlements himself,and his (interim) replacement   
   as Chief of Patrol,Philip P. Rivera,is likewise (also said   
   to associate with a mobster).   
      
   Are ANY of them clean?   
      
   In the course of today the Chief of Department page at   
   the nyc.gov NYPD leadership site has gone from having   
   Maddrey's photo and bio to Chell's photo and intro   
   paragraph on top of Maddrey's bio.
