Angels (1985). Died in an automobile accident in Santo Domingo.

   Andujar Cedeno, d. 28 October 2000, age 31
Shortstop for the Houston Astros (1990-94) and two other teams
(1995-96). He was driving home from a Dominican League game in
Santiago when his Mercedez-Benz collided with a truck.

   Jose Uribe, d. 8 December 2006, age 47
Shortstop for the San Francisco Giants (1985-92), also played for the
St. Louis Cardinals (1984) and the Houston Astros (1993). Died in a
car crash near Juan Baron, Dominican Republic.

   Oscar Taveras, d. 26 October 2014, age 22
Outfielder for the St. Louis Cardinals (2014). Lost control of his
Chevrolet Camaro on a freeway in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic,
went off the road, and hit a tree. His girlfriend was also killed.

   Andy Marte, d. 22 January 2017, age 33
Infielder for the Cleveland Indians (2006-10), also played for the
