   That the statute of limitations law was changed to allow the other   
   accuser to file a lawsuit more than 5 decades after the alleged crime   
   took place is not in the interest of justice. There are valid reasons   
   for statutes of limitations given the extraordinary difficulty of   
   defending against the tort so long after the fact.
