   Because we already have it 8 months of the year.  I thought that would be

   But just in case there is any lack of clarity here, I am 100% in favor of   
   year around standard time.  But there are a lot of common people who just   
   love DST.  It will be a hard sell.

   the government over to an arrogant incompetent trust fund billionaire   
   who knows nothing about government and who has never held a job in his
