   This wording is very ambiguous.  Was Lisa a former Atlanta mayor and   
   prominent civil rights figure or was Andrew?   
      
   The wording can certainly be taken either way, but the way it is worded, it   
   should be Lisa, but I suspect the truth is that it is Andrew.   
      
   Note that in the old days, it would not be so ambiguous, because everybody   
   understood that women didn't become mayors or PCRFs, so everyone would   
   understand that those terms had to refer to a man.  Nowadays, however, ...
