   That is a subject to which I have never given a moment's thought and   
   to which I never expect to give a moment's thought again after hitting   
   "send" on this. She seems a sweet and decent person and whatever she   
   has done to her body, I hope it increased her marginal happiness.   
      
   The joke was in reference to a specific (and ultimately really sad)   
   incident. No idea whether you already "get" it or whether Googling   
   will help.
