   (I should mention that I am furious that some places I have   
   attempted to use $2 bills have refused them or been resentful   
   about accepting them...until we get $2 coins like Canada does   
   the $2 bill is the smart substitute for the $1...where coins   
   are not designed for by vending machine makers,bills are not   
   programmed for by point-of-sale-terminal makers).
