   And I have been walking around for decades thinking that Des   
   Terroristes à la Retraite ("Of Terrorists in Retirement") was directed   
   by Ophuls. I was going to express my annoyance that this masterpiece   
   (at least the equal of Le Chagrin et la Pitié) wasn't even mentioned   
   in the obit. For some reason, it actually occurred to me to look it up   
   before making an ass of myself on the internet (there is a first time   
   for everything). Turns out that picture was made by Mosco Boucault.
