   For whatever reason,the Wikipedes are using   
   Deadline.com as their source,but multiple well known   
   media are reporting the death of David Gergen,   
   born May 9th 1942,on July 10th 2025.   
      
   I remember his Shields & Gergen days on PBS.   
   (Shields died in 2022,but his post-Gergen   
   partners Brooks and Gigot survive).
