   I can recall having all of my wisdom teeth pulled   
   at one setting by the uncle who followed in my   
   granddad's footsteps as a dentist. He might as   
   well have used explosives! Having him use hammer   
   and chisel was torturous enough!!   
      
   Back to the cook doing double duty as a dentist...   
   Wasn't there a segment on the TV series LONESOME   
   DOVE where the cook pulled one of the lead character's   
   bad tooth?
