   Wyatt was never a US Marshal.  He was a Deputy US Marshal AFTER the OK   
   Corral and only then after he asked to be given those rights after stating   
   Tombstone was in the stae of anarchy (which it wasn't).  Just because you   
   are a Deputy Marshal doesn't mean you aren't a tyrant or bully.
