   I've heard that same story about fajitas, salsa,   
   burritos, certain mixed drinks, etc. My own personal   
   all-time favorites are chile rellenos made   
   with roasted Anaheim chiles, stuffed with goat cheese,   
   dipped in egg white batter and fried. AMBROSIA!   
   And they're even good left over and reheated.

   I've thought often about a missed opportunity I   
   once had to open a Taco Bell fast food restaurant   
   in Mobile, AL at a time when there was only one   
   so-called Mexican Food restaurant in the entire   
   region. The franchise would have been 'only'   
   28 grand back then, and the stumbling block for   
   me was the fact I'd not own a darned thing. I'd   
   be paying to "manage" their outlet for them.   
   But little did I realize back then what a gold   
   mine many of these fast-food franchises have   
   been. OTOH, some have gone belly up.
