   Just got done reading it. I liked the book enough. Very accurate depiction   
   of eastern Montana. I tend to think that he spilled his guts a bit more than   
   your average Montanan would, but he isn't a native.   
      
   The book boils down to a modern day account of a frontier failure, very much   
   like most of the homesteaders up here. The only difference this time is that   
   Groneberg started with a *lot* more land than the homesteaders and he bought   
   and ran it with his parents substantial bankroll.

   A quibble- He's working on someone else's ranch. He doesn't want the   
   resposibility of his own anymore.
