   I don't know what relationship one   
   William F. Garrett is to the infamous   
   Pat Garrett, who killed Billy the Kid,   
   but here's a letter in today's paper   
   from William (Billy?) Garrett:

   His reference: "Let the dead rest in peace, permanently."   
   refers to the recent re-opening of the investigation   
   into who died when "way back then" when Pat Garrett   
   killed The Kid. Even the present governor of the   
   state of New Mexico got onto the band wagon in support   
   of reopening the investigation. HORSEFEATHERS! seems   
   an appropriate response to this nonsense.
