   This doesn't prove Katherine McCarty was Billy's birth mother.  If Billy was   
   adopted or lived with Katherine at some point for some   
   reason (his birth mother died), he would be her son, but Katherine would not   
   be his birth mother.  An early record of Billy being   
   associate with Katherine is required, but does not exist.
