   As a way of getting a little action on the group here , i'll throw out   
   this question. Who is your   
   favorite Old West person and Why?   
   As for my self I'd have to say Buffalo Bill for two   
   reasons,the first being that his career pretty much spaned the whole of   
   the "Old West" and secondly that wonderfully American blend of Fact and   
   Fantasy that was his  life.
