   Nope, none of those were factored in, at least by me. Seriously, that   
   "good city life" would have been a good reason NOT to be a white, back then.   
      
   I just admired Remington, had reasons to respect MacKenzie. As I said,   
   there'd be many others in my list.   
      
   I guess there was no special reason here ... can't speak for others.
