   Sorry that I can't. My information came from   
   a local radio program here in Lincoln county   
   and that was the subject of the broadcast -   
   the debunking of this latest fable. I missed   
   hearing the first part of the program until   
   my attention was arrested by something said.   
      
   I suspect that the interviews of Eve Ball with   
   living historical characters in Lincoln County   
   will be my first source when I set off for   
   the Ruidoso library to do some research myself.   
   The library has a reference room devoted to   
   NM documents from various sources.
