   Todd, one of the URLs provided by Cliff D. Weller had exactly the same story   
   as you told. Another of the URLs was more of a "Justin" oriented   
   history/story.   
   The third site mentioned an England museum which displayed a pair of boots   
   with pointed toes and I believe high heels made in England in 1620! Pretty   
   far from the other stories I saw. Maybe I'll learn something on the   
   Oklahoma City cowboy website, if I can find it again. Thanks
