   There is going to be a big celebration in St Louis, MO - March 12-14, 2004   
   marking the 200th anniversary of the Louisiana Purchase.  It is being called   
   the Three Flags Ceremony since they will duplicate the events 200 years   
   prior.  Representatives fro Spain, France and the US are expected to raise   
   the Three Flags over St Louis, MO (not as many flags as Texas...oh well).
