From: flattened@dontemailme.com              In article <40979db1@nntp.zianet.com>, flattened@dontemailme.com says...              > I'm planning a vacation to the Grand Canyon sometime in 2005. Anyway,       >are there any good old-west towns/attractions around this area? Any ghost       >towns etc...?       >       >Thanks              I think you should define what you mean by "this area."              The Grand Canyon can be viewed from both "rims" - the       north and the south - and there is a dramatic difference       in what's available, depending on which side you plan       to access. The south rim is the most developed with       access routes most densely populated. Anything anywhere       near the Grand Canyon is going to be overrun by tourists       during the tourist months and reservations well in       advance are a must.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
