   Some, if not many, do so! They are usually referred   
   to as "cross dressers." And many more do so in the   
   privacy of their homes, you can be sure.   
      
   A few years ago there was an attempt to popularize   
   the wearing of skirts by men, not unlike kilts.   
   And pantyhose for men were popular for awhile. Remember   
   football great Joe Namath wearing them in ads?   
      
   I think if women can wear jockey shorts, men should   
   be allowed to wear lace panties! Fair is fair!
