   Thank you for the suggestion, but what I was hoping   
   to do, if Gerald will respond with the author's   
   full names, or other useful info, is ask my library   
   to do an inter-library loan. I don't have the   
   resources nor the shelf space for an out of print   
   book such as this. But the librarian does require   
   more than just title, and part-names of authors   
   as I recall from my last experience with loaners.
