   Hi again Gerald,
While ordering the book on inter-library loan today,
I discovered that the authors have collaborated on
other books - notably one about western railroads -
and each author also has quite a list of books to
their credit. Odd that I'm not familiar with either
of them before now, since I thought I was pretty
well read in western history. Thanks again and I
will be checking out their other books that ARE
available in my library in the future.
