   I remember I had all four of mine removed at once, too, but mercifully I was   
   under general anesthetic. The top right tooth was impacted, coming out of   
   the gumline and splitting some other teeth. If the good surgeon pounded it   
   out, I'm glad I don't recall! :) By the way, wasn't Doc Holliday a dentist?   
   I wonder what he make of all this ? ;)
