   For movie making purposes some nations would be far more accessible   
   than others.  At one extreme, shooting an epic like this in Hopi land   
   would be virtually impossible.  Many Indian nations do not want to   
   have their spiritual matters discussed and displayed so openly as they   
   are here.  There's concern both about misunderstanding and   
   exploitation.  Also, inclusion of more nations in this already complex   
   script would be unworkable.   
      
   I was amazed really at the depth of the spirtual coverage, but the   
   Lakota were evidently comfortable with this since they provided   
   advisors. People in this newsgroup who have taken cameras to Indian   
   events such as powwows in more rural areas would quickly sense a   
   picture taking proscription.
