   The Magnificent Seven, maybe? It has some of those elements, and was made in   
   the 60s. It was based on Kurosawa's Seven Samurai, which had those features   
   in it. Just a guess. I have the DVD, which you can get cheap at the usual   
   suspect stores. Great movie! Hope that helps.
