   My next door neighbor is such a dedicated rendezvous participant   
   that he dresses as one EVERY day - it's his normal attire. I'll   
   ask him about the kilts first time I get a chance to talk to him   
   either today or soon. Let you know his reply. He attended the   
   largest annual event for such characters, held this year at a   
   location near Greely, Colorado.
