     Bullshit.  You MAY be referring to current office based governing.   
   The military, however, does not follow your remarks...  no discussion.   
      
     You cannot have been around long to make that claim.   
      
     VMS AIX mainframes, etc. have been around in government service for   
   many years longer than MS has.  Linux is now being used, and even in   
   embedded systems.
