     Like I said, we don't need a primer, particularly not from someone   
   that watches his dog itch its flees.   
      
     Bob will either leave, or I will see that he gets removed.  Those   
   are the only choices he has.  The folks that post back can do so, and   
   if you don't like it, you need to learn how to use your filter   
   mechanisms provided as features of your news reader, for Bob, and   
   anyone else that doesn't suit YOUR Usenet needs.  Try to leave your   
   dog observations out of it though.
