   About my above statements I am usually right. But in this case it just   
   sounds wierd. Could you tell me what model of computer you are using? I   
   have never heard of Windows not following the BIOS settings also. It sounds   
   like instead of disabling hardware it just changes it's addressing. Lazy   
   designer?
