   You can use Mozilla Mail&Newsgroup or Mozilla Seamonkey like I do it at   
   this moment.   
   If you had unpacked the zip archive you can open it directly as a   
   application and read/write mails and news how I do it actually.   
   And, If you can, you can write posts in german, because my english is   
   too bad to write and read all messages.
