   If it's the Personal Edition it certainly won't work with WinXP, because   
   you cannot use the launcher in WinXP and the bootdisk won't find the   
   partition image file on WinXP's new NTFS5.   
      
   It should work in Win98SE, but that also depends on the hardware, and   
   using the bootdisk is highly recommended.
