   well, my understanding is that once the BeOS Launcher program is run, it is   
   supposed to quit out of Mac OS, and then start booting the BeOS Installer   
   off the CD.  The manual says that if there are any problems booting you can   
   hold the shift key when the BeOS logo is displayed.  But this doesn't seem   
   to do anything either.  The BeOS logo is displayed and then everything just   
   completely stops and holding the shift key at any point during this doesn't   
   do a thing.  I'm not sure what I'm missing??
