   Never heard of one for Windows, but the Linux kernel has had read-only BFS   
   support for the past two years or so. It's called BeFS, though, because of   
   naming conflicts with the older kernel driver for Novell's Unixware Boot   
   FileSystem... Check http://befs-driver.sourceforge.net/ for details.
