On the computer side you need a       sound card with an audio input that works with BeOS. You need a CD       burner that also works with BeOS. If you don't know if you have the       right hardware, then check over at hardware.frizbe.net. Use the app       soundrecorder to record the sound going into the computer, then use CD       burner or CD Manager from Bebtis, to burn the CDs.              Now, you are also going to need an amplifier with phono inputs, that       converts the LPs into music, and then can send the signal through       standard audio outputs to your computer inputs, much like sending the       signal to a cassette recorder.              I hope this helps--Dwight              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
